How To Get Plump Lips Using Only Makeup

Ok so we have all been there. How to get plump lips? What are Kylie Jenner's lip tricks? How can I get my lips to look fuller? Have you been looking for tricks to make your lips look fuller? Well you are not alone. Get those pouty looking lips now with this amazing pouty lip tutorial.

Now I know alot of people do not believe that you can get fuller looking lips, but you really can and all you have to use are a few simple make up techniques to get that look you are craving! Blast your friends away when they see how great you look. Make men weak in the knee's with your new, fierce pout.

Step One:

Prep, start with a fresh slate by using a concealer to blend your lips with the rest of your skin. This allows you to really be able to work with a blank canvas and apply as much make up that makes you happy.

Step Two:

Line, now do not get really carried away, but take a lip liner that is super close to the color of your natural lip and apply it just outside the perimeter of your lips. This will make your lips look larger than they really are, and is the start to your plump lips!

Step Three:

Apply color, using a nude lip stick & preferably a lip brush, color in your lips inside the lip liner you just applied.

Step Four

Finishing touches, apply a clear gloss to add moisture and give your lips that sheen, because shiny always looks bigger and this will also seal your lips and keep the make up from wearing off as fast.

Plump lips are seriously that simple!

The Ultimate Vitamin Beauty Guide for Your Health & Body

Ever wonder how to get healthy hair from vitamins? Are you confused as to what vitamins will help skin glow again? Look no further, as I have put together the ultimate guide for vitamins and the information that you have been looking for! This is a post I have been wanting to do for a while, as I always get questions on how to improve your health and body without all the hassle of products, operations & gimmicks. I will say now, that the number one way to improve any part of your body is to give it the correct vitamins it needs to be healthy and vibrant.

A lot of women face basic problems everyday. Their skin isn't glowing anymore, their hair is dull and lifeless, fingernails don't hold up as much anymore. Now you may think this only holds true for older women, but that isn't always so. If you are putting bad things into your body or not giving your body what it needs to prosper, you will start to notice a lag in your appearance. Just like eating the right foods, your body needs certain vitamins, so below I will list all the essentials as well as their benefits!!

1. Vitamin A (Retinol)

Vitamin A is like natures version of an antioxidant and is very helpful in the production and renewal of skin cells. As an antioxidant, its very useful in detoxing bad things out of your body. If you are about to go on a diet, make a health change, or start a work out, vitamin A is a great way to purify your body and get rid of harmful toxins in the skin. Like I mentioned before, vitamin A is GREAT for skin problems like lack of luster, winkles and discoloration.

I would say the biggest benefit though, is to your eyes. Vitamin A plays a big part is helping your eyes adjust to light, keeping your eyes moist & helping poor eye sight; my recommendation is to try it out if you are experiencing any of these problems. Vitamin A usage has also been linked to helping reduce the onset of Alzheimer's Disease. Vitamin A can be found in abundance in the following foods: spinach, carrots, sweet potatoes & melons.

2. Vitamin B Complex

So like, with all the vitamin ''B''s out these, I'm grouping this little family together. That being said, vitamin B is a great, wonderful tool to use to help keep your mind and memory sharp, as well as many other uses. I couldn't possibly name them all, but this is a great ''in general'' vitamin to use for countless reasons. It's rumored that this miracle vitamin not only helps brain development, but can also boost your mood and help with a number a heart problems as well as heart disease prevention.

As a health and beauty aspect, vitamin B complex is the stuff to use if your skin is saggy or unshapely. Vitamin B adds firmness to your skin, giving that youthful look many women spend thousands on. I'm being serious, a lot of people will go out and spend thousands on these insane creams and wacky procedures, when in all reality, the proper intake of vitamins in all the need (in most cases). Yeast, eggs & veggies are chalked full of Vitamin B.

3. Vitamin B6 (Folic Acid)

I'm not going to spend a lot of time on this one, but I bet you don't know what Folic Acid is? If you have ever been pregnant, that I can assure you have plenty of the stuff laying around. Yes, I am talking about prenatal vitamins! I just wanted to throw this one in their, because I personally swear by this stuff. If you want to increase hair and nail growth, strength and sheen, than this is the stuff!!

4. Vitamin D

Also known as the ''sunshine vitamin'' because it is produced when you skin absorbs good old sunny rays! Vitamin D is huge in relevance to the maintenance of your bones. As we age our bones grow weaker and this is a big problem for women later on in life. With the risk of osteoporosis, its a good idea to take a proactive step now. Adding extra vitamin D will ensure your bones stay strong for years to come!

Another benefit, which your probably guessed, is the lovely things than will happen with your skin! Like the radiance of the sun, your skin will simply glow with youthfulness and rich color. You will also notice your skin will be more supple and soft! You can find an abundance of vitamin D in the following foods: egg yolk, salmon, shrimp & fortified yogurt.

5. Vitamin E

Though useful to have, you can find the same benefits as the vitamin B complex without having to add the extra dose to your system. Vitamin E is great for those who are looking for just a little bit of a added boost for your skin, as it to is an antioxidant and will help with healthy skin production. You can vitamin E in leafy, green veggies.

6. Vitamin H

More commonly known as biotin, vitamin H helps your body quickly break down fats and proteins and turn them into energy! You heard me, vitamin H is nature's version of Red Bull, but I doubt it will give your wings. On a more serious note, this is a great supplement to take in conjunction with a diet as it will help your body work harder at producing energy as well as keeping it all healthy. Of course this is amazing for your hair and nails, as are most other vitamins, but this one is a little different. Vitamin H is a great way to combat hair loss, and even dermatitis!

I always try to look for healthier ways to get the benefits my body needs to function properly and this one is great for overall health and well being, it will keep you looking and feeling great. You can find tons of Vitamin H in the following foods: peanut butter, whole grains, eggs and liver (yucky for most, but just adding it to the list)

7. Vitamin K

Finally, we get to the most magical vitamin on the list. Simply but, vitamin K works wonders for the skin. When applied topically, you can use it to treat spider veins, bruises, burns & even stretch marks. Yea, you heard that right, 'gets rid of stretch marks'. It also does all that amazing stuff like keep your skin firm and glowing. You can find vitamin K in the following foods: herbs, leafy greens and scallions.

Don't be fulled by those creams that ask $50.00 retail for stretch marks or those ''pills'' that will get your body back in order. They are all a clever marketing scheme companies will use to sell your the same product you can find at your local Pharmacy or grocery store. Don't let the celebrity endorsements or fancy wording fool you, because you are wasting money!

I hope this guide helps sort some of the differences in the vitamin family and give you a better understanding on what you can use for your problems.

7 Mistakes That Are Ruining Your Hair

Hey guys! Welcome back for my latest dose of 'need to know' tips! Ok, well, if you are anything like me, you love to keep your look fresh and that usually involves coloring and processing your hair. You listen to your hair dresser, you fish tips of Pinterest; this product that product, but do you really know what you are doing to your hair? It's easy to get lose in the world of chemicals and curling irons. Brands market their products and services without telling what these things do to your hair in the aftermath. With all the information out there, it may be hard to know what is right and wrong, so that's why I decided to create the list of common mistakes alot of women make, as well as tips on how to change your bad habits!

1. Healthy hair starts with a healthy body. Like other parts of your body, you have to be careful of what you intake, as bad foods will leave your hair lacking that luster. Greasy, junky food with no health benefits will, let's face it, make your hair look like trash. A healthy diet should be on everyone's list, because your whole body benefits from the right foods. Carrots and leafy veggies are great ways to pump volume and shine back into your lousy locks.

Another problem can be your mood. If you are constantly stressed out, it reflects back onto your appearance. You have to make sure to get at least 7 hours of sleep a night, or your body can't function properly and efficiently. Your health suffers, your body suffers, and you will probably turn into a grouch no one wants to be around anyways. Make it a point to relieve stress, I prefer exercise and writing in a journal.

The last thing I want to address, is that your overall outlook on your image must be positive, or it will reflect back onto your appearance. Getting healthy and looking great first starts off with accepting yourself and becoming body positive. Alot of people find that simply being happy will do wonder for the way you look on the outside, and that is truly a great foundation on becoming the person you ultimately want to be.

2. Do you make the mistake of to much blow dryer use? If you answer yes to this question, than you probably need smacked. I don't care what excuse, how much time it saves, or how big of a rush you were in, frequent blow dryer use will always do horrible things to your hair. First off, using a dryer ultimately fries your hair, especially if you plan on using a curling iron or flat iron afterwards. Always, always, always take the time to either towel dry or air dry your hair. There is nothing wrong with blow drying your hair for a minute to get the wetness out, but over use will lead to damage and hair loss.

The damage done to your hair will cause you to loss it. Your hair splits, frizzes and breaks when you dry out essential oils your hair needs to stay flexible and vibrant. Honestly, if you are in a rush, there is nothing wrong with a pleat. Bring along the brush and some hair stray and you can actually turn out great, which I promise to follow up with another post about on the go hair styling.

3. Vigorously towel drying will dry your hair but probably make it fall out too. Cold, hard fact; I mean if you are trying to start a fire than by all means, but that probably isn't the goal. Seriously though, I am sure we all learned the trick early on about towel drying, but you probably never learned the facts about what you are really doing to your hair. On top of making you look wacky, the rough friction on your wet scalp will cause abrasions to appear that not cause your hair fibers to come loose from the follicle, it damages your skin. Image though, when your hair is no longer connected to the follicle, the damage cannot be undone, and your hair will fall the heck out.

Rough drying will cause the hair fibers to stick up instead of lay flat. Think of your hair fibers like being the shingles on a roof, then whey lay flat you can see the sheen from the sunlight, they look great. When you raise them up, it looks like crap, and the same goes for your hair. Patches of your hair may become weak, which leads to bald spots. I'm pretty sure that's enough info to convince anyone to give up being so rough.

4. Simply brushing your hair is like running a tornado through your scalp. I know that sounds crazy right? I know we all get in a rush and just brush your hair on the go. If you pay attention, all those tats and knots are literally pulling your hair from the follicle and breaking it to pieces. The damage done is worse when wet. Wet hair fills with moisture which makes it more flexible, image how tangled your hair is after a nice wash? Well if you have a habit of brushing your hair wet, when your hair is more at risk to breaking, you are asking for bald spots and a nasty, hairy brush. Ew.

Now, don't skip to our last mistake and try to blow dry that mess. I highly recommend taking the time to gently towel dry your hair, enough to get the dripping out. A wide tooth comb and about 5 minutes of your time will easily pull out the knots in your hair without the damaging effects. It also saves you alot of pain you'd otherwise be in from your brush. Taking the time to care for your hair properly will ensure it looks its best!

5. If your hair is wet, let it alone. By that I mean no accessories like elastic headbands and bobby pins. Like I mentioned above, your hair is a weak when it is wet, therefore pulling and squeezing the hair strains with bows only harms it. The tightness of being pulled in a pony tail will not only stretch your hair (making it very weak), it pulls it from the follicle & the hair will die and fall out. Not much more needs to be said, so stop slicing your hair to pieces. Stop now.

Instead of elastic hair bands, try a terry cloth head band that will allow your hair the room it needs and  greatly reduces the chance of broken hair. The next time you go to your stylist (if you are a wet hair/elastic user), have them check to see if your hair is damaged around the area you would use the elastic. You will probably be surprised to learn about breakage and hair loss.

6. Just like you, your hair needs a break too. I know we all love to sit back some days and watch a Breaking Bad marathon while stuffing the face full of snacks. Well, like us, our hair often needs to break itself. Constant heat treatments and chemicals will cause your hair to become weak and lose its shine and volume. Play a day or 2 out of the week, at least, to not use any harmful techniques on your hair. No excuses ladies, this is your hair.

A secret tip, try using Biotin and Folic Acid, a few weeks later you will notice your hair growing and you can actually see it coming to life. Your hair is an extension of you, so do your best to care for it like you would any other part of your body. I recommend coming up with a schedule or routine you do daily in which you take the time to care for not only your hair, but your entire body. You will be adding youthfulness to your appearance and years to your life. You can't beat that ladies.

7. Wash your hair EVERY single day. I don't care what bogus stories you have heard about ''oils'' needed on the scalp, not washing your hair is nasty. Do you realize there is bacteria on your scalp, kind of like how it works with your mouth. You have good bacteria, than you have the bad.. This bad bacteria, if left to fester, will cause horrible smell and a terrible environment for your hair. Image how your teeth feel if you don't brush them everyday? Well yeah, your hair is probably feeling the same if you don't wash it. Not washing your hair will also lead to acne from all the oils leaking onto your forehead, it reduces the chance for your hair to grow and it simply will weigh your hair down and look downright gross.

This is probably the easiest fix, shampoo. You would not believe the amount of people that really don't or even worse, won't waste their hair. The damage your are doing to your hair and scalp could cause irreversible harm and cause the hair you do manage to grow, to be dull and lifeless. Again, simple fix. Water + hair + shampoo = health, luster and plus it smells good and feels nice to have clean hair.

I really do hope you ladies, and gents, take the time to carefully read through this guide and make plans on stopping bad habits and maybe starting a few good habits. Your hair is one of the first things people notice, so give them something to look at; everyone loves healthy hair!

Have a great day ya'll and don't forget to use the social media buttons and the top and share these tips with your friends and channels!

XOXO

4 Ways to Tell Him You Love Him

Love, what a wonderful things among human hearts; the blending of two into one. The warm feeling you get when you look into his eyes, the way he holds your hand, the moments and memories we cherish. Love is a powerful, and for many, scary emotion that brings on alot of new feelings, anxieties and hopes. Finally settling into a relationship that your heart is invested in, is truly one of the most amazing experiences in most people's lives. Falling in love is a life adventure like any other. Reaching the point in a relationship where you are ready to tell your guy your true feelings can be hard for most. The fear of rejection, the butterflies. Love isn't as hard as most think though! I've created this great guide on how to tell your guy you love him.

People come in different shapes, forms and personalities, so this is a guide to 4 different approaches on how to tell your guy you love him. It's time to take live by the grasp, don't let fear hold you back. 20 seconds of insane courage could pay off to a lifetime of love. So let's get started.

1. The art of the written word. Letters or poems are often great ways for those with nerves, or for shy souls to reveal their feelings. Telling someone you love them is a big deal, so if you want something low key, write a few words expressing how you feel. You can send them the letter with a gift, a greeting card, or by simple handing them your well written feelings on a piece of paper! Don't be afraid to get creative!

2. Love can be just a phone call away. So, if you are looking to avoid a face to face all together, just pick up your phone. Starting the conversation, nonchalantly, and working your way up is a great way to build courage and go the deed.

3. Allow technology to be your guide. With the internet at the grasp of most of our fingertips, this could be the perfect tool for you! Come up with a great line, use an app to make a cute picture, or just use simple Facebook messaging are all great tools out there! This is probably the best approach for those with butterflies in the tummy.

4. Be direct. The simple and probably most meaningful way to get your confession our would be to simple have a conversation with your significant other. Nothing means more to someone than direct eye contact and you come across as more sincere if you are able to brave your nerves and get it out in the other. Imagine the gratification of seeing his reaction, and hopefully hearing those 3 little words back, will make a memory that will last a lifetime and allow your guy to know how tough you really are.

A few things to remember beforehand.
-Make sure you are ready and secure in your feelings.
-Think about how you are going to go through, and make a solid plan.
-Wait for the perfect moment.
-Be patient

7 Useful Blog Topics for Fashion Bloggers

If you have been blogging as long as I have, quality content is something that is always on the top of the list. With a whole world of great topics out there, you would think there are endless things to write about. In reality, brainstormed unique ideas that haven't been passed around the mill can become hard,if not impossible. With the number of fashion and beauty blogs growing daily, the fight to keep readers loyal becomes a knock down, drag out race. Like the fashion world, blogging is cut throat, so you always have to keep fresh, interesting content luring readers to your blog. Having been in the same spot myself, I have decided to make a great and easy to refer to list that will keep your brain full of great ideas.

1. Write about the brands you fan girl over.

Writing about designers is always a great outlet for an informed writer to pour out their knowledge. Readers flock to information about the ''it'' designers as well as current trends. Pick a few of your favorites and you can even create a fun series of posts that will keep readers coming back for me. A great place to polish your knowledge is Style.com

2. Blog about less know fashion companies and designers.

Everyone likes to be in the know about up and coming designers, as a fashion blogger, readers look to us as an outlet for tagging new and interesting clothing lines that they can be the first the get dibs on. Blogging about a few new designers or unique new trends out by lesser know designers is a great way to put you on the map. Like I mentioned before, people are always on the look out for the ''new''.

3. Blog about other fashion bloggers.

Link up with other bloggers and share the spotlight. A great way to get new readers is to network with like minded fashion bloggers. Post about how much you like their blog, and send an email inviting them to check it out. This usually results in a post back about your blog, or at least a social media mention. It also let's other bloggers and readers know you are genuine and aren't out to steal all the spotlight. No one like an attention hog!

4. Be in the know on upcoming fashion trends.

This is a must! As a fashion blogger, being an aware of upcoming trends is vital to keeping readers aware of your blog. Even better, if you are one of the first fashion blogs to post about the trends. Everyone is using the internet these days! Magazine sales are falling as many readers flock to like minded fashion bloggers for their fashion sense. Pick a few trends you, yourself know you would wear, and rock it!

5. Blog about street fashion.

Forget runways, most people don't care about that overpriced, haute couture stuff anyways. Most readers out there are everyday people and are looking for trends that work with everyday life. Imagine if fashion bloggers only promoted Givenchy or Alexander McQueen, though both wonderful fashion houses, but are unrealistic to most people. People want to see posts about how that can up their everyday wardrobe without looking like a hot mess. Fashion is something alot of people don't understand, so being able to relate to the everyday reader is key!

6. Sales

No faster way to a woman's heart than thru a good sale. Go through your favorite brands, and come up with a list of sales! Everyone loves to save money, so your readers will really love you if you can point them in the direction of some discounts.

7. DIY Projects

Are your crafty? Can you make a designer inspired piece on a budget and rock it? Girl, get those scissors out, and see what you can come up with. Women are always looking for the cheapest ways possible to get up to date on trends. The best DIY's come from those pieces that are timeless! Look around what is currently hot and see if you can make something fierce. Don't forget to take great photos!

DIY: Coffee Eye Cream

So you are sitting in the salon, waiting for your hair stylist to stop babbling and hurry up. You pick up a magazine to pass the time; scrolling through the images, you find yourself wondering how all those woman get rid of under eye bags. I'm sure you are like many woman that have tried expensive creams, costly treatments and terrible at home remedies in search for that miracle. Well, if you are relate to any of the above, you have found yourself at the right place. Here is my secret for amazing under eye skin; get those dark marks and bags removed today!!

Here is my recipe for an amazing coffee bean under eye cream that will leave you looking fresh and radiate, while leaving your skin silky smooth.

Ingredients:
1/2 oz. coffee infused oil (see below)
.25 oz. jojoba oil
.25 oz. rosehip seed oil
.75 oz. shea butter
.75 oz. cocoa butter
1/2 ml lavender essential oil
1/2 ml chamomile essential oil
5 drops non-GMO vitamin E

How to make coffee infused oil:
Coarsely ground 3 Tablespoons of whole (unflavored) coffee beans in a coffee grinder. Combined the grounds with 4 oz. by weight of olive oil over low heat for about 15 minutes, then strain the oil using either cheesecloth or a coffee filter in a pinch. As I didn’t have cheesecloth handy, I improvised by taping a coffee filter to the top of a cup then poured the coffee and oil into the filter. Once the majority of the oil dripped through I carefully removed the filter and then squeezed the rest of the oil out into the cup.

Instructions:
Using a digital kitchen scale weigh out the shea and cocoa butter into a glass Pyrex measuring cup. Heat in the microwave until melted, then weigh out the coffee infused oil, rosehip seed oil and the jojoba oil and stir into the melted butters. Next, using a different 3ml Graduated Plastic Transfer Pipettes for each essential oil, measure out and add the chamomile and lavender essential oils and mix into the other ingredients. Finally, add several drops of vitamin E if desired and pour into your container(s) of choice.
Keep in mind that different ingredients will yield different results as far as texture, color, and smell. I recommend using olive oil from a manufacturer specializing in soap making. Also note that using different strains of coffee and different roasts will effect the color of the cream.
I hope you had fun with my latest DIY here at Beauty By Krysti. While I have you attention, please click HERE and show my NEW modeling page some love!

9 No Fail Flirt Methods

If you couldn't tell from my recent string of posts, I am getting very excited for Valentine's Day. I have always enjoyed the celebration of love with another person, its a bond unlike anything else in the world. Over the next few weeks expect more great articles that you can use towards your perfect Valentine's Day, including a great post for singles!

So, as woman, not all of us our born with that eccentric personality or bomb looks, so to make up for that you have to develop of few tricks that will help you stand out and score the perfect date, these are also great tricks to use in your existing relationship. Always keep in mind that true love in the everlasting pursuit of the other person, so don't forget to remind them that they are still as special as the first day you met.

1. Get Caught Looking

This is a personal favorite and probably the easiest way to let someone know you are interested. Imagine, you see a drop dead guy walk into the cafe but you are to shy to approach him. Don't lose confidence, because flirting isn't always about being in someone's face trying to charm them with your personality, we will get to the later. Ok, so back to that hunk, start out by throwing him a few flirty glaces. Eventually he is going to notice, but when he does only give him a few seconds before you put out an ever so sly smile than look away again. Remember to not do this to many time because you don't want to come off as creepy, that's the number one thing to avoid. The sly smile will let him know you are into him and in a room full of people there is not more fun way to flirt.

2. Keep It Playful

Now that you have let him in on your interest, try to approach him and start up a conversation. Remember that flirting is all about fun, so being approachable and having a nice and warm smile is a great way to be approachable and interesting. Start up a conversation but keep it light and fun. Put yourself out there but don't forget that guys like to chat about themselves too. Teasing him is another great method to let him know you are interested, but don't keep bringing up his cute cheeks because it's just annoying to over play these techniques. Just be yourself and let your personality shine.

3. Compliment Him

Believe it or not, men are a lot like women in the regard that they too like to hear positive feedback too. So if you think his smile is cute, let him know. If you like the new jeans he is sporting, let him know. Again, just don't over do it because you will seem fake and not genuine and this is a big turn off to guys. Keep it fun and flirty.

4. Physical Contact

I know he is a hunk and your first instinct is to just jump up and devour him, but have some restrain and hold back. If you show all your cards at once and play all your tricks out on the first few meetings you are going to seem a lot less appealing. Take time to let things happen and develop in a healthy way. When you first talk to your crush, stand close enough to seem intimate and interested but not so close that he can smell your breath. As time goes on and he shows his interest, you can start getting a little more bold with your moves. A simple brush of the hands or a hello/goodbye hug can be enough to get the magic started. Just remember to not over do it and to watch his behavior for clues as to how you are affecting him. Make sure he doesn't pull away because that could be a sign that he isn't interested. A perfect balance is key to flirting.

5. Eye Contact

The eyes are the window to the soul and these is so much you can convey through your eyes. Eye contact also lets the other people know you are engaged and interested in them and what they have to say. Take a card from Tyra Banks and learn the 'smile with your eyes' technique, it works so well. Don't get creepy with blank zombie stares, it will just put him off. Instead try pairing it with a nice smile and relax, your mood and essence will shine and he will love it. Another great technique is to sometimes look down to his lips when you do have his attention. Remember to be subtle and only do it a few times, he will notice.

6. Conversation

Nothing is sexier than a woman that can keep a man captivated with her words. Make it a key to be laid back and fun, the rest will just take care of itself is there is a true connection between you and him. Occasionally use his name is conversation because it adds a personal touch and help him relax. Try to focus on him and ask him interesting questions that keep the conversation flowing. Nothing will make him dig you more than being the type of girl that doesn't constantly seek out attention for themselves. Pay attention to what he says and play off of that with some of your own fun stories. Its a no fail way to keep him eyes on you.

7. Body Language

Just like your words, your body language is an important part of how another person will read you. Given most of this happens subconsciously  so make it a point to pay attention to the vibes you are giving off to other people, don't give off the wrong signals. The number one way to kill someones interest is keeping your arms crossed. Its the easiest way to pick up on someone that isn't to interested and he will pick up on this and it will turn him away from you. Bad body languages make you seem unapproachable and you will lose out. If you don't know what to do with you hands, try playing with your hair or jewelry. It's a great way to show you are a little shy and guys love that. My number one secret is the legendary head flip, the kind that makes your hair bounce the perfect way and shows off your neck area. As this is an intimate spot, he is sure to pick up on the hint. Other methods include brushing your hair to one side, wearing your hair up, or a few small head flips to keep is attention on a more intimate spot. I promise he will be crazy, in the best ways possible.

8. Depart While It's Still Fun

If you feel like you are running out of things to say or that things are starting to go on the downside than it's time to say goodbye. Nothing puts hours of good times in the trash faster than lingering around after the magical has wore out. Leaving on a high point will keep his hopes up and his interest in your stronger than ever. Until you meet again, he is going to look forward to another fun get together. Keep the goodbye short, but still confidence and flirty. This is also a great excuse to get a huge or lay a sweet kiss on his cheek.

9. Don't Go Psycho

Nothing will make him run faster than a flood of texts and phone calls. If you want to keep a guy interested you have to keep him wondering, so don't divulge everything from the starts. Do magically show up where he is at, don't over text him asking where he is all the time. If you managed to get his number at this point, don't text him right after a night together, give him time to miss you. If he is interested, trust me he will let you know. Don't bombard his phone if he doesn't call right away, everyone is different and sometimes need time to reach out again.

I hope you enjoyed reading my tips and tricks. These are all methods I have used in the past and they have been very successful. Remember to show interest in him and just be your fun self. Give him time to warm up to you and take things on a day to day basis, the best relationships start with a strong foundation. Tell me below some of your best flirting stories or tips!

Valentines Day Date Guide!

Date Night Outfits:

This is great for the chilly areas or just for a night laid back look. The simple tunic and pearl jewelry combo scream sophistication is great for Valentine's Day. I love the Tori Burch flats, they just really bring the outfit together. Again, this is just an idea, but I love the comfort, because some girls don't have to rock heels to look great!

Our next look is a step up in the sophistication department with this amazing, slim fitting dress that is very classy. This dress features simple design and is easy to dress up with a great bag and some rockin' heels. Perfect look for going to the movies or out on the town with your hunk. Make his jaws drop when he see's how fabulous you look!

I would recommend this look for anyone looking for a saucy ending to their night. Your man is going to do a double take when he sees how hot you look in this amazing, form fitting dress that is sure to show you off in all the right places. These sultry heels will make your legs look amazing and up your overall sex appeal. Paired up with a cute clutch and matching jewelry; this look is simple yet gorgeous. You can't go wrong!

2. Gift Ideas

Now that you have your amazing outfit together, let's focus on some fun and cute Valentine's Day gifts that he will fall in love with you even more. You don't have to spend a ton of money to get a great gift and a lot of the times thinking outside the box and coming up with something personal and unique means so much more to your significant other. Whether it's something you made yourself or something you spent a lot of time picking out, he is sure to notice your hard work and feel extra special.

As I was browsing around looking for some unique gift ideas for my man, I stumbled upon this great idea. A personalized BBQ set with get any guy smiling in seconds, as we all know, most guys love to show off their amazing grilling skills and this is a perfect way for them to do that. Imagine the look on his face when he opens this up.

When I came across this idea, I feel in love. Again, this is just an idea, but its a great DIY gift that will show him just how much time and thought you put into everything. All you need is a basket, some DOW rods (walmart $.28 a rod) and some glue to make these. Again you can always replace the alcohol with other fun gifts like candy and stuffed animals or just things you know he will love.

In all my years I have discovered the easiest way to buy for a guy is to buy something for his vehicle. Most guys love their ride and take great pride in making it look amazing. Wow him with a great gift that he can fall in love with. Keep your ear open, because believe it or not, guys are just as bad as girls for dropping little hints on things they want to do to their ride or things they may want to go with it (accessories).

3. Date Night Ideas

You will be surprised how often great date nights can be found by simply opening your back door. Get your man together and go outside and explore the amazing outdoors. With the recent snow storms that have been hitting, this is the perfect time to go out and have some fun. Bring out the sled, build a snowman, or make snow cream. The ideas are endless and its a great way to have fun and save money.

Cooking together is another great idea that can bring you closer to your man. Find out his favorite dish and get to the stove. Include him, even if its for the simple stuff, and have fun bonding and relishing in each other. A way to a man's heart is generally through his stomach so this is a no fail way to get him head over heels in no time! Plus, if your creation turns out good, this gives you awesome brownie points and encourages him to love you even more.

I am a huge fan of the classic wine and dine method. Find an amazing restaurant that offers privacy and romantic vibes. My love and I go to a special diner in town that is cozy and offers a great fireplace and an amazing wine selection, not to mention to food is to die for. You can always recreate this in your own home for a more intimate feel. Sticking to the basics leads more energy for later.

I hope these ideas help you achieve a perfect date night with your loved one. Wow him with your amazing style, great gifting and a perfect date night that he is love and brag about. Remember, Valentine's Day is a celebration of your love and admiration for each other. Whether you have been together forever or are just starting out, take a night out and treat each other. It's a great bonding experience and can only make your relationship that much better!

Finding Your Inner Peace

Like most, life really have a knack at sometimes overloading our plates, leaving one feeling overwhelmed, confused and just plain out stressed. I find it hard to function under such pressure and it starts to break through, revealing itself in bad moods, unhappiness and an overall bad vibe. I am a generally happy person but that doesn't mean I don't have a bad day. Sometimes one has to take a step back and reevaluate the things we have going on. Where can I eliminate stress? How can I get my old self back?

Have you recently suffered the death of a loved one? Been through a bad break up? Lose a job? Many things come along our path that we have no control over and its hard to move on through some of life's hardships, but that doesn't mean it can't be done. Here are some great tips on letting go of the negative and finding an inner peace that is going to change your outlook on life and make you an overall happy and healthy person!

1. Turn off your brain. A lot of the times, humans have a bad habit of overwhelming ourselves with the thoughts we allow to run through our heads, which often leads to much unwanted stress and even worse, making bad assumptions. Take a minute to just turn off your brain from everything. Turn your thoughts to the POSITIVE things in your life, than make a plan on how to focus more of your time and energy on these things. You will find that, by allowing yourself to collect positive thoughts, you will emerge a happier person.

2. Give thanks. Be thankful for the person you are today. Sit back and reminisce on the good and the bad through your life, and appreciate that it has made you into the person you are today. If you are not happy for who you are, than make plans to change this is a positive way. Rejoice in the knowledge that your work and your purpose on this Earth is yet to be complete, you are needed and you are wanted!

3. Trust your gut. When making decisions its important to trust your instincts, so that after the decision is made you can rest easy knowing you followed your feelings. It can be tough sometimes but I have always found that I am okay with this, even if it ends up turning out a little sour.

4. Look at the world from a different perspective. Sometimes the way you perceive things isn't always the best. A lot of the times our own views and opinions can overshadow what is right in front of our own eyes. If you are having an argument or a disagreement this can especially be true. Try pulling yourself back and seeing things through the eyes of another. This can help reduce stress in so many ways, because if you close your mind than you are holding yourself back from learning so much.

5. Meditate. This is a great tool for learning self discipline and emotional self control. Teach yourself to lose yourselves in your thoughts, music and yoga are great tools! Having control over these aspects of your life with allow you to be a more positive and helpful person. You will also learn to deal with life in a more productive way.

6. Everything changes. This is easier to accept when you embed it into your thoughts. Change is apart of life and something we have no control over. Be calm and patient and allow things to evolve organically as they as intended too. Find courage to focus on the outcome and not the problem itself.

7. Simplify your life. Just like we tidy our houses in the Spring, its time to let go of the things you don't need, including friendships that don't benefit you. Don't put to much on your plate at one time and focus on a few goals that mean the most to you. Keep lists short, don't over stress and spend time with loved ones.

8. Smile. Smiles have the power to influence our moods in a more positive and productive way. Turn ''no'' into ''yes'', and everyone around you will notice. Remember you get what your receive so spread the joy.

9. Keep commitments. If you start a project, follow through and see it to its full potential. If matters are weighing you down, deal with the process of letting go and moving on to do more successful things. Keep promises and you will find more trust and strength in your relationships.

10. Love who you are. No one can love you if you cannot learn to love yourself. Focus on the good things and flourish in your hopes and dreams. You will find yourself a much happier person.

11. Live in the present. The past is the past and there is nothing you can do about it. Take what you have left and focus on a better tomorrow. Set dreams and aspirations and learn from your mistakes. Life will pass you by if you are to overwhelmed to move forward.

12. Exercise. Focus on eating right and staying fit. The energy will keep a smile on your face and its a great way to deal with stress in a more beneficial way. The benefits are endless!

I hope these tips can help you focus on the better things. Remember to not overload yourself and deal with things in a focuses and informed manner. Make good choices and focus and being who you are!
